1. Delivery Timeline

Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and product availability.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays.

2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

Digital Payments: eSewa, Khalti, or any available bank transfer method.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most locations.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Skinzaa reserves the right to cancel any parcel order at its discretion.
If a paid order is canceled by Skinzaa, refunds will be processed as per the bank or payment gateway’s policy.
Customers cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
If a dispatched order is canceled for any reason, the customer must pay the delivery charges incurred.

4. Product Inspection on Delivery

Customers must check the parcel in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting it.
Once accepted, Skinzaa will not be liable for any claims of missing items or damage.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong product has been delivered or the product is damaged on arrival.
For eligible refunds, processing will follow the respective bank or gateway policy.

6. Non-Returnable Products

All products delivered by Skinzaa are non-returnable unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.

7. Responsibility of the Customer

Ensure correct delivery details (address, phone number) while placing the order.
Check the product at delivery before confirming receipt.
